What to include
Registered email address
Username or account name
Player ID, if available
Confirmation that you want deletion
Data we delete or anonymize
After account ownership is verified, we delete or anonymize account information linked to your game profile where applicable.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, purchase history, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal compliance. We may also retain anonymized information that can no longer identify you.
Processing time
Verified account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is required to confirm account ownership.
